What is CBD Oil?

CBD oil is one of over 60 active chemical compounds in the marijuana plant. It’s usually the second-most abundant cannabinoid behind THC. Most CBD oil comes from industrial hemp rather than psychoactive marijuana strains; while the two plants are related, industrial hemp does not contain nearly as much psychoactive tetrahydrocannabinol. In order to extract CBD oil from the cannabis plant, we need to isolate the CBD from the THC to ensure that the oil will not be psychoactive. CBD oil is used by people all over the world for a variety of purposes.

What is the difference between marijuana and hemp?

Marijuana and hemp are two different varieties of cannabis. In general, CBD is typically found in the seeds and stem of marijuana not in the flowering buds (the part that you smoke). The hemp plant is an entirely different strain of cannabis that contains high quantities of CBD throughout (stem, buds, etc), and practically zero traces of THC. If a hemp plant contains more than 0.3% THC, it is considered a marijuana plant. Most all CBD-based products come from the industrial hemp plant.

Is CBD natural?

Yes! 100% natural, not synthetically processed.

Is CBD legal?

Yes! Most CBD oil is produced from industrial hemp, the same plant used to make hemp textiles and hemp seeds. This plant contains trace amounts of psychoactive THC – not enough to make you high and usually not enough to make you fail a drug test.

Can you get high from CBD oil?

No! THC is the psychoactive cannabinoid that makes you high; CBD does not have any psychoactive properties. While many CBD oils, particularly full-spectrum products, contain trace amounts of THC, it is not enough to make you high.

Will CBD show up on a drug test?

This depends on the quality and quantity of CBD you use. If the CBD has more than trace amounts of THC, it may show up on a drug test. Be sure of the exact ingredients in the CBD you are using.

How do I take CBD?

To take CBD oil, fill the dropper to the desired amount and place the drops under your tongue. Hold the CBD oil under your tongue for 60 seconds so that it is absorbed into the bloodstream.

How often can I take CBD?

CBD can be taken multiple times each day, or at particular times of day, depending on the reason it is being used for.

Are there side effects of using CBD? Is it safe?

Most research has concluded that CBD is perfectly safe. In general it depends on the quality of the CBD you use. Be sure to research the particular ingredients of the CBD you are using, and talk to a medical professional if you have any concerns.

Will CBD oil pass security at airports?

This depends on the country. Be sure to research the laws in the country you are travelling to/from.

How should I store CBD products?

To ensure the quality of your CBD products, we highly recommend refrigerating CBD products or storing them in a cool place. Always keep CBD products in airtight containers and store them away from direct sunlight and heat, which can degrade certain compounds in CBD oil.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) and PayPal payments. We do not accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers, debit card payments, or cash on delivery.

What if I typed the wrong email address?

No problem! Contact us as soon as you are aware of the mistake.

What are the exchange rates?

All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit card is based in another currency, your order total will be calculated in accordance with the daily exchange rate of the date your card issuer processes the transaction.

How secure is my online order?

Lennoxcbd adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (secure socket layer technology), which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. 

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes! Please send us a message as soon as possible, since we usually ship the item in less than 24 hours. If we are unable to cancel the order, we will refund the purchase price once the item has been returned and processed.

Will I be charged with customs and taxes?

The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office.

Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

How do I set my shipping address?

Enter your name, address and phone number.

How quickly will my package arrive?

Due to high demand of our products, please allow 4-7 business days for delivery. You should get a tracking number in your email once it ships. If your order hasn’t arrived inside the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at info@lennoxcbd.com.

 How do I track my order?

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. Usually you will receive the tracking number one day after we have shipped your order.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order. Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

Will shipping be covered for my returns?

All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of the customer.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

How long is the return process?

Your return may take up to 14 business days to process after we initially receive your return. You will receive email confirmation once your return has been processed.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, please contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
